Mobile application - the software chatbot “Alice - Bob”, intended for use on smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, operating within the Telegram cloud messenger.


Administrator – company GEO DEVELOPMENT OÜ (registered office: Pae tn 25-47, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11414), that provides access to the Web service on the terms set out in Terms of Use of Web service and this Privacy Policy.


Processor of personal data - company GEO DEVELOPMENT OÜ (registered office: Pae tn 25-47, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11414).

User – the legally competent individual aged 16 years who has an account in the Web service or performs actions that indicate its use of the Web service.


Account – the user account containing the authentication (login and password) and other data provided by the User while using the Service.

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION


Personal information – the data that gives the possibility to identify the client, the Service User, and that is required to provide necessary services and communication with the User.
In case of any use of the Web Service, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself. The provision of such information is not mandatory, since the Administrator does not require you to provide any personal data. But if you refuse to provide certain personal information, you will not be able to use some of our functions and capabilities given by the Internet service.

PURPOSE OF USING PERSONAL DATA:


1. Personal e-mail is used for sending important messages regarding the confirmation of operations performed by the Web service, sending important information about the Web service, warning users of changes in the Web service, sending information, promotional messages and news.
2. Phone number is used for identifying the client as a registered user of the Web-service, communication between the Web-Service Manager and User, preventing access to your personal data by third parties and to prevent any fraudulent actions.

4. The user's IP address is used to create statistics about visiting the Web Service by Users, preventing and preventing fraudulent actions, identifying the User.

The Controller and the Registrar have the right to inform the User about the need to store the identifying data in the case stipulated in Section II of this Policy of Privacy.
The user freely browses, modifies and removes the identifying data specified on the Web service. Changing and deleting data is confirmed by the User's consent.
User may always refuse to provide and store personal data by the Processor, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
Rejection of the provision and storage of personal data is deemed to be the sending of the corresponding letter to the Web Services Technical and Information Support Service.
The user has the right to delete his account by sending an appropriate letter / request to the Web Services Technical and Information Support Service.
The User has the right to request and receive confirmation of the processing of his personal data by the Data Controller and the Data Processor, as well as information on the full amount of data received by the Controller and the Processor of Personal Data. The Processor and / or the Controller provide a copy of such data for a period of up to 30 days from the date of the request. The Processor and / or the Controller have the right to extend the response time to a request for up to 60 days in the event of a large amount of requested data.
The administrator has the right to refuse a request for personal data in case of unreasonableness and redundancy of such requests. The refusal to respond to the User's request must be reasonable and accessible to the User.
In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Controller and / or the Processor must notify the User and the controlling authority within 72 hours.
The personal information of the Web Service users is protected by data encryption methods, their anonymization, database sustainability, and Administrator's control over physical and virtual access to personal data.
Personal data is not communicated to third parties and is not communicated to third parties who do not cooperate with the Web Service and / or Web Services Users.
The Web Service employees, third parties providing services and / or collaborating with the Web Service on other contractual terms conclude NDA about information, which became known to them while working with the content of the Web Service.

User has the right:


To file complaints about the processing of their personal data to state authorities and officials who are competent for the protection of personal data or to court;
to apply remedies in case of violation of the legislation on protection of personal data;
to make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when consent is given;
to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
to protect against an automated solution that has legal implications for the subject.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION THAT IS NOT PERSONAL


We may ask you to provide information that does not relate to confidential data, that can help us to provide higher-quality services. This information may include the language you speak, your occupation, country and city of residence, time zone, browser type, user date and time, user device type, system fonts, screen size, cookies and other.
We may also collect information that is not personal as it does not contain information about the particular user of the Web service or other software owned by the Administrator. For instance, this is the information from the third parties that collect and provide such information for advertising purposes. But, unfortunately, we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information because we do not control the activities of such third parties. Also we are not responsible for the collection by the third parties of analytical and statistical information regarding the use of the Web service, if such information is recieved by them from open sources and does not contain your personal data.
We can also save data about your use of our Web service. This will help the developers in the product improvement.

3. PROVIDING ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION TO THE THIRD PARTIES


The Administrator assumes obligations not to disclose, to exchange, or in other ways to transfer your personal data outside the Administrator, its subsidiaries, affiliates and strategic partners without your express consent, if such actions have no legal grounds.

These companies are obliged to follow the rules on the protection of personal information obtained from the Administrator. implementation of the general requirements and regulations regarding the Web service work in order to prevent possible User’s violations of the requirements.
protection of the Web service Users from possible actions of spamming or committing fraudulent actions against users.
preventing the death or serious injury of any person.
protection of private property, intellectual property rights and rights of the Administrator, other users and the public, in the form and to the extent required by the current legislation.
In the cases mentioned above the access to your confidential information is given without your consent.


4. MERGER OR SALE OF THE ADMINISTRATOR'S COMPANY


If the Administrator participate in the process of restructuring (merger, acquisition or sale of assets), the User’s personal data (as one of the Administrator’s assets) may be transferred to other participants of this restructuring. You will be notified in advance about any changes in the privacy policy connected with the Administrator’s restructuring.


5. AMENDMENTS TO PRIVACY POLICY


The Administrator informs that this Privacy Policy is not definitive. In connection with the development of new software products, web services, implementation or changes in functions of already existing software, we will make amendments to these rules. The amendments to the Privacy Policy may be made and based on Users’ preferences. At the end of this Privacy Policy we indicate the date of the rules’ last version.
If you use our software products after we have made changes to the Privacy Policy, we will send you a letter asking you to confirm the processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms of the updated Privacy Policy.
We recommend you to review periodically our Privacy Policy in order to be informed on the procedure of collection, use and storage of your personal data.
