The complex consists of 16 designer modular buildings, detached hotel rooms of various categories and sizes (Geo domes, Neo yurts, Neo yurts with furako, Space suite). All rooms are equipped with a fireplace and have private access to the terrace.
The hotel's infrastructure includes technical buildings, a cafe Vdoh and the first conceptual sauna complex in Altai "Vosparenie", which is considered to be one of the best in Russia.
The complex is located on 2.3 hectares land plot. All buildings and land are owned. The hotel has been operating since July 2020.

The Altai region became an object of recreation in the last century. Even 50 years ago, the authorities saw the potential in this territory, and since then, the development of tourism in the Altai Republic became crucial in local and federal way. The priority for the tourist destination in the socio-economic development of the region is set until 2035. But even after this period, the task of the federal and regional authorities is to develop the tourism potential of Altai and maintain the achieved standards.

The most developed tourism industry in Altai is the Chemal district of Altai.
A little more than 10,000 people live in the Chemal, and more than half a million tourists rest during the tourist season.
Chemal is a village in Altai, the center of the same name district, which is considered to be the most popular tourist destination in the Altai Mountains. The main natural attractions of the region are located here, almost within walking distance: waterfalls, rivers, mountains, forests, lakes, caves and much more. There are many other interesting locations in the vicinity of Chemal, including numerous archaeological excavations at the sites of ancient tribes that inhabited Altai thousands of years ago. There are parks, museums, and temples in the village, but still the main value of the region is nature.
Lake Aya is a body of water popular with tourists, where there are equipped beaches, recreation centers, restaurants, entertainments and necessary infrastructure for a good time. While in other lakes and rivers of Altai the water is often very cold, in Aya it warms up above 20 degrees, which is ideal for swimming. If you are a little tired of climbing mountains and want to lounge on a chaise longue by the water, Aya is perfect for this.
