COOKIES
Cookies - данные, которые сайт сохраняет в браузере клиента. В cookies находятся произвольные данные небольшого объема. Чаще всего аккаунты продаются с куками в формате JSON.
После входа в свою учетную запись с использованием логина и пароля сайт сохраняет в cookies специальную метку по которой он может узнать пользователя даже если он закрыл вкладку браузера, выключил компьютер и вернулся на сайт позже. Если перенести куки на другой браузер или компьютер и войти на сайт, то по сути сайт не должен заподозрить "переезда", а клиент сможет работать с ним так, будто он осуществил вход по логину и паролю на первом компьютере. Основное преимущество работы через cookies - отсутствие необходимости авторизации через логин и пароль и повышение доверия от сайта к такому входу в аккаунт. Это не отменяет следования другим правилам / рекомендациям, таким как использование качественных прокси, нужного useragent и т.д. но значительно повышает доверие сайта.
Если вы купили аккаунты и вместо обычных JSON-куки видите нечто вот такое: W3siZG9tYWluIjoiLmZhY2Vib29rLmN......mUiOnRydWUsInZhbHVlIjoiMSJ9XQ== то это значит, что ваши куки закодированы.
Эта кодировка называется Base64 и для того, чтобы получить из них обычные JSON-куки вам нужно раскодировать эту страшную строку.
Вырезайте аккуратно, не захватите другие данные пососедству (например юзерагент), иначе конвертер выдаст ошибку.

1.1 Первый вариант - просто скопировать auth_token из уже сконвертированых в формат json кук как указано на картинке ниже,
1.2 скачать расширение Twitter Token Login https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/twitter-token-login/hbjfeidompihjflhcgckbbofpoocggap перейти на страницу twitter.com, открыть расширение и вставить в него токен нажав кнопку login.
Если все сделано верно, то вас автоматически перекинет в уже залогиненый аккаунт.
2. Второй вариант - для экспорта кук в браузер Chrome можно использовать расширение EditThisCookie установить его можно здесь: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/editthiscookie/fngmhnnpilhplaeedifhccceomclgfbg?hl=ru
В этом случае нужно просто экспортировать куки в формате json в расширение и перейти на сайт твиттера.
Для работы с аккаунтами через Cookies желательно использовать специализированное програмное обеспечение с функциями работы с аккаунтами через Cookies.
Таких вариантов в интернете довольно много, и потратив немного времени на поиски можно выбрать то, что лучше подойдет именно под ваши нужды.

Useragent используется соц. сетями при составлении отпечатка устройства, поэтому различные браузеры с функционалом смены отпечатка устройства подменяют это значение для каждой новой вкладки. Если в комплекте поставки приобретенного вами аккаунта есть Useragent, то вы должны использовать его для снижения вероятности блокировки аккаунта. Порядок настройки может отличаться в зависимости от софта которым вы планируете пользоваться, но как правило значение Useragent просто копируется в поле настроек программы с аналогичным названием.
Получить примеры Useragent'ов для различных версий браузеров и систем можно воспользовавшись дополнением к браузеру chrome, User-Agent Switcher and Manager. Внимание, смена значения Useragent это только часть работ по обеспечению безопасного использования аккаунтов, она не может быть рассмотрена как полноценная смена отпечатка устройства, которую нужно применять для каждого аккаунта отдельно.

This encoding is called Base64 and in order to get regular JSON cookies from them you need to decode this terrible string.
Cut carefully, do not capture other data nearby (for example, the user agent), otherwise the converter will throw an error.

HOW TO USE ACCOUNTS WITH COOKIES (JSON FORMAT):
