KYC Verification
After logging in to your personal account, a yellow bar “Pass KYC” will appear at the top of your screen
The verification procedure is necessary to gain access to all account functions. After clicking on the “Pass KYC” field, the following window will open
Attention! For this step it is necessary to choose “verification using a web widget” as your preferred method of verification
After choosing to pass KYC using the web widget, you will see the window below, where you need to read the instructions, and then click "start verification"
Identity verification stage. In this window, you must select:
• An identity document with which the verification will be carried out
After selecting a document that is convenient for you, you must click on the arrow on the right side of the screen (opposite the document you selected) to continue
Next, you need to click "take a picture", or you can choose a ready-made photo from your gallery. Then click "next step"
You must upload a clear, color photograph of a valid document. All corners of the document must be within the frame. The use of editing software, resized copies and screenshots are prohibited. If you take a photo of a document and send it to another device using instant messengers, then please choose to send the photo as a file
In this window, you must fill in the following fields: your full name, date of birth, citizenship and the expiration date of the document for which verification is being carried out. Then click "next step"
At the next stage, a window with detailed instructions will appear, read it carefully. Then click "next step"
In the next step, a window for recording yourself on video will appear. Start recording using the "Start Video Recording" button
Next, you need to confirm your place of residence. In this field, enter your registered address, which is confirmed by the document that you will attach below, in the "Upload document" field. After completing all of the necessary steps, click "next step"
In the field below, you need to upload a document confirming the place of your registration address or place of residence.
Bank statement, receipt can be uploaded as a photo or as a pdf document
When confirming the address through the address stamp in the passport, it is necessary to fold the page of the passport so that the MRZ code is visible at the bottom of the main page of the passport
All documents must match and contain your full name, as well as the full address! The date stamp on all of the documents provided must not be older than 3 months. Screenshots, mobile phone bills, insurance statements are not accepted
In the field below, you need to check all the steps, check that all the photos were taken without any glare and blur, if you need to replace something, then in the lower left corner there is a button "Upload another", if everything is in order, then click "Submit for approval"
