How long does KYC verification take?
KYC verification takes approximately 10-15 minutes. In rare cases, verification may take up to 48 hours

Can I pass KYC verification on multiple accounts?
Unfortunately no. One person can only pass KYC on one account
What documents are suitable for identity verification?
- Clear, color photograph. All corners of the document must be within the frame. The use of editing software, resized copies and screenshots are prohibited. Photos must be clear, without any glare. Make sure that you’re not covering any information of the document
- The presence of the date of issue and date of expiration of the document. Document must be valid for at least 1 month before expiration
- The presence of your signature
- Indication of nationality (citizenship) in the document
What documents are suitable to confirm the address of residency?
- Official bank statements (on available balance)
- Receipts for internet, cable TV, home phone, utilities
- Tax returns
- Registration certificates
- Document from the pension system
- Mortgage statement
- Certificate from the psycho-neurological centre
- Address stamp in your passport
- The submitted document must match and contain your full name, as well as the full address! The date stamp on all of the documents provided must not be older than 3 months, except the the address stamp in the passport

- When confirming the address of residency, with an address stamp in the passport, it is necessary to fold the page of the passport so that the MRZ code is visible at the bottom of the main page of the passport

Common mistakes when passing KYC, reasons for denial of verification:
- The system detected another verified account with the same personal data.
- Facial recognition error. Make sure you sit in front of the camera in a well-lit room and follow all on-screen instructions. Also, remember to remove any accessories that are not on the ID photo that may cover your face (such as glasses, hat, etc.) and make sure there are no other people in the video.
- An error occurred while verifying an identity document. Poor photo quality. Make sure that your document is clearly visible, and that are no glares in the photo and no information is covered by your fingers or any other objects. Corners of documents may be out of the shot. The photo should show all corners of the document. The photo has been modified with the editor.
- An error occurred while checking the document confirming the address. Make sure that you do not attach: screenshots, mobile phone bills, medical bills, purchase receipts.
- The document did not meet the requirements. The full name on the main document (passport, driver's license, ID-card, residency permit) does not match the full name on the document provided to confirm the address (maiden name, receipt for a relative). Invalid document. More than 3 months have passed since the document was issued.
- A violation of the terms of service has been detected. The user is under 18 years of age. The user lives in a country from the "black list"
