A real estate agency based in Ivano-Frankivsk. Previously worked with other contractors for SMM and targeting, but the client was dissatisfied with the results.
The client approached our team for a full-service package: SMM, targeted advertising, TikTok management.
The landing pages used were the Instagram account and a quiz form.
Ad budget: $800–$1,000 per month.
Goal: Lead generation.
KPI: Leads at a cost of up to $12.
While the team worked on building the SMM strategy and developing the brand book, I analyzed past campaigns, competitors, the target audience, segmented it, and created specific offers for each ad creative.
For each segment, I launched campaigns with the objective “Lead Form.”
Additionally, I integrated Apix-Drive for automated lead export from Facebook.
We used both static and talking-head video creatives from the client.
The client has strong charisma and looks great on camera — we got results from both video and static creatives.
The client's main expectation was to generate leads at a lower cost than with previous contractors. And we succeeded👇
After analyzing lead behavior and intentions, we identified investors as the most engaged segment.
So further campaigns focused specifically on investment-related offers.
Before the New Year, the number of low-quality leads significantly increased.
Although non-relevant leads had occurred before, the volume had not been as high.
So we decided to drive traffic to a quiz form instead.
We understood that this would result in fewer leads and a higher cost per lead, but the quality would improve.
And that’s exactly what happened — the CPL increased from $5–8 to $16, but the share of high-quality leads reached 70–80%.
Additional Campaign:
A separate ad campaign was run for recruitment.
Objective: “Messages.”
We used talking-head video creatives from the client for this campaign as well.
Results of Previous Contractors’ Ad Campaigns:
