Business analyst in Digital Transformation Department. Zeppelin Russland

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be involved in the digital transformation of the company, building analytics and processes in e-Commerce startup project within the company

What are responsibilities?

•Participation in the project of implementation of end-to-end analytics: development of data storage requirements for IT developers; writing SQL requirements; configuration and constant refinement of logic and reports in business analytics service

•Development of metrics in the following business units: operations, marketing, finance.

•Participation in the project of improvement CRM system

•Development of unit-economy

•Development of a financial model of the business

•Preparation of marketing, operations reports based on which management decisions will be made

•Business process analysis

•Root Cause Analysis

What are requirements?

•University degree in economics/mathematics/IT

•1 year of work experience

•Excel – strong

•SQL

•Strong analytical and communication skills

•Initiative, attentiveness, interest in self-development

•Strong will to learn company`s business processes

•An experience of working with any BI system

•English – Upper-Inermediate
