This is the mood tracker.

  • Help: to see the emotion waves and reasons for them
  • Ask:
    • "How was your mood?" with different emojis to choose
    • "What has influenced your mood?" with options

  • Help: measure the level of your energy to see how it influences your behavior and productivity
