CASE $900,000 for a real estate agency in Dubai and target leads for $96 Instagram

We have been working with the project for 4 months now in Inst and Fb. The client did not have a registered Instagram account, which did not prevent us from achieving results on this project.

During our joint work, we found a large number of working connections and countries from which interested clients come to buy real estate, a base of potential clients was formed🔥

STAGE 1 — PREPARATION FOR THE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

1) Our main goal is to attract target leads up to $120

The client and I considered a target lead to be someone who

- contacted the broker - confirmed the availability of the necessary budget for the purchase

- outlined the terms of the purchase of the property

2) During the time of working with the real estate niche, about 25-30 advertising links have accumulated. We selected 5-7 of the most suitable ones to identify which of them would provide target leads at the lowest price.

3) Wrote sales scripts for filming videos.

STAGE 2 — LAUNCHING AN ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

The following audiences were launched:

1) Audience by interests (investments, real estate, finance, developers, etc.)

2) LaL audience similar to those who have already left applications and were interested in real estate

3) Wide audience without interests

4) And also a retargeting campaign

STAGE 3 — FEEDBACK AND OPTIMIZATION

We paid a lot of attention to feedback on the quality of leads. It was based on the data from the client that we understood what quality the leads were.

Work continues on this project, and in 3 months of advertising to this audience we received:

Analytics

We made all decisions on scaling and optimizing advertising bundles based on the client's data on lead quality. Based on this, we implemented end-to-end analytics into the project, which allowed us to track the cost of a target lead at the advertising bundle level

In this way, we precisely controlled the quality of leads coming from advertising, this approach allowed us to get 30% more leads interested in purchasing

Of course, for successful lead generation, the speed of application processing is also important, the faster the broker contacts the application left, the higher the chance that it will be targeted, so we have set up receiving applications in Telegram for the fastest and most convenient processing

Closing real estate deals is a difficult path, where not only the quality of incoming applications for advertising plays a major role, but also the qualifications of the broker and his ability to win the client's favor and trust.

And this is the task of the owner of the real estate agency to recruit a team of brokers who know how to close deals
