Why we need to refuse manual writing?

A lot of people think, that they don't need manual writing and that electronic writing is more comfortable in the 21st century. Do we really need to refuse manual? And what are the adventages or disadventages of electronic writing?

Humans invented the writing 3 thousands years ago and during this time little has changed. Now we need the big changes!

We waste 3x more time on manual writing, than the electronic writing. Our book, copybooks, papers takes up a lot of space, also we need a lot of materials for making papers and writing ink. It causes deforestation and harms other parts of nature. Manual writing makes a lot of problems.

By the electronic writing people can write more faster, readable and organised. Also we can edit, copy, exchange and effectively organise our notes with programs. Electronic writing is good for nature, it doesn't need physical space and saves our time. You can use of 100 Gb, 500 Gb and more space on your PC, instead of wasting thousands sheets of paper. The main thing is, that for this you need only one computer!

Electronic writing has its own drawbacks. Firstly, it can cause problems with health. Secondly, PCs and smartphones are expensive. Thirdly, people need to change their PC every 4-5 years.

Nowadays we can say that electronic writing is more convenience, than manual writing, but it's hard to realise the refusing manual writing, because most of people don't have money to buy their own computer and society used to manual writing. They always think about cost efficiency and always search alternatives. For excample, If we think in ling term perspective, we can assume that cost of one PC is equal to 300 packs of paper, but PC can replace thousands packs of paper. Сan we say that computers are more cost effective than paper? Can computers force outmanual writing?
