How to build a content funnel on a blog that generates leads daily?

The goal for this launch was to minimize expert involvement, publish stories, and make sales within 1 week.
2️⃣ We created a landing page with the free lesson, where students who signed up gained access to it, along with a special offer for the full paid course.
The goal of the landing page was to provide detailed information about the free lesson, convey its value, and register participants.
Yes, we could have simply created 1 block or just collected email addresses from those interested, BUT!
— Thanks to the precise description of the lesson, who it is for, its value, etc., we were able to eliminate the likelihood of non-target participants at the FIRST stage.
— In addition, this landing page became the FIRST step in generating interest in the main course because participants had a rough idea of what the course would be about and who it was for.
— Furthermore, participants were given LIMITED time not only to register for the lesson but also to watch it, so that they successfully completed our funnel stage and we were able to offer them the main course.
It is important to note that all lessons were already recorded, so there were no time or financial costs for this funnel on the part of the expert.
Naturally, email campaigns with triggers and sales components were created.
The set task was completely fulfilled ✅
Within the first 2 days, we collected over 200 leads, and over the next day - another 100+.
3️⃣ Then we built 3 content funnels:
— Through stories: Stories -> link -> website -> free lesson -> sales
— Through reels: Reels -> comment -> website -> free lesson -> sales
— Highlights -> website -> free lesson -> sales
(The stories where we conveyed the value of the free lesson, sold the future result of dancers after viewing it, were pinned to "Hands" highlight)
First: throughout the week, we posted several reels on the key topic of our course and asked the audience to go to "Hands". Consequently, the audience that does not watch expert stories would click and understand what it was about, then register for the lesson.
Second: new audiences that saw the reels would click and also learn about our expert, the free course, and would also register
By highlighting the value of the free lesson in stories and posting reels on the topic, we attracted leads passively, even when Lia wasn't active on stories.
I remind you that this time I also had the task of reducing the frequency of expert story publications.
📍Therefore, the expert's stories were only published 3 times a week, and then we collected leads through reels and direct messages, where I communicated with the audience.
Important points that influenced conversion rates and overall results:
1) In the stories, we not only provided a link to register for the free lesson landing page but also PREVIOUSLY generated interest in the lesson, created excitement, then conveyed the value of the lesson itself, and sold the FUTURE RESULT of the dancer after completing the lesson.
2) We intentionally created reels with a call to write a code word in the comments to get the opportunity to register for the lesson.
— Firstly, a large part of the audience does not watch stories, so reels have a good reach.
— Secondly, due to numerous comments on reels, they reach a new audience, so even if they do not purchase our course now, they will at least subscribe to the expert's account and later buy our other courses.
By continuously testing and refining your funnel, you can improve its performance and achieve sustainable growth in your business.
4️⃣ As a result of this effort, the sales-oriented reel garnered 90,000 views and attracted over 300 leads in the comments who mentioned the code word to join the online course. The course was offered at a very low cost.
5️⃣ Next, we created a second landing page where visitors could purchase the online course.
To give uniqueness to all participants of the free lesson, we indicated that initially only they would have the opportunity to buy the online course at a REDUCED price.
Therefore, a link to purchase the course was not published in the expert's blog for several days.
The landing page was also created in a special way: we described in detail the course content, its benefits, value, and again indicated that this discounted price was only for course participants.
Sales emails were also sent. Important! We did not overwhelm people with millions of emails.
The emails were targeted, specific, sales-oriented, and non-intrusive.
Overall, email funnels with a free lesson showed good results because on the first day alone we received 30% of all sales.
📍By the end of the week, we raised prices on the website and opened sales in the blog.
At this point, we have already received 70% of all sales.
This allowed us to put restrictions on the remaining spots, announce it in the expert's blog, thereby increasing excitement and demand for the online course.
In the stories, we also highlighted the value of the course and sold the RESULT.
But besides that, we continued to focus on reels, and even sales reels showed good results in terms of views and saves
