Language

Some people think that they can't speak fluent, if they don't live in that country. However, I think speaking a language fluently is independent from that are person lives or works in this country.

Firstly, if we didn't live in the United Kingdom or United States America, we would not know English language. For example, there are many people in our country who speak English fluently.

Secondly, we would know 100% the Kazakh language, if it depended on the environment. For example, in our country only 50% of people speak Kazakh languages fluent.

In conclusion, i want to say if there is interest and need, then you can speak any language of the world.
