Welcome to Goldfinch - Flight Academy. We dive into the project.

Good day, everyone. The information in this article is intended for those who have just joined the project or are already participating in it, but want to understand, dive into and delve into the project, namely the Flight Academy.

I am going to dwell on what to expect over the next six weeks as we go through the flight academy curriculum.

The goals of the flight academy basically there are two main goals:

1) the first one is to provide a basic understanding of key capital markets due diligence principles for deals that borrowers are bringing to the goldfinch protocol

2) the second purpose of the flight academy is to create the foundation for a thriving backer community.

Sponsors are a very important part of a project because they decide how capital is allocated. A very important aspect of the project is building a strong community of sponsors so that they work together to identify the best possible deals.

There will be 5 modules:

Each module above should take about a week at the start of the week.

The team wants to instill four core values:

-the first is contribution, in which we seek to add value to the community and help the community understand new borrower pools. A great example of community contribution would be creating content to help explain to other sponsors the complex concepts of capital markets due diligence.

-The second value is the collaboration where we work with other sponsors to build community and protocol and understand new borrower pools. A good example of collaboration would be time to answer a question from other sponsors in the discord channel.

-The third value is discretion as we strive to be professional and meticulous in our approach to structuring due diligence transactions and improving the protocol. A good example of diligence would be providing an analysis of a pool of new borrowers, for example in the form of a very detailed memorandum that really helps the rest of the community understand some of the important points of the deal.

-The final value listed here is growth in which we strive to be committed to improving the community of sponsors and the experiences of all those involved in the dandy protocol. A good example of growth is just spreading the word about the protocol, which we could do by sharing more about the goldfinch protocol on Twitter, and there are many more examples.

For a community to become communicated, friendly, and so on, you need to respond to content from other community members with emoticons, for example, if you see a great answer to a question from another community member, you can respond with a handshake emoticon to celebrate this collaborative effort.

There are several types of actions that will result in disqualification from the program.

-The first type of action is cheating when checking assignments or other actions.

-the second is an attempt to receive a reward from several accounts, everyone should participate in the program only through their own account and only one.

-the last way to be disqualified is to be negative or especially in memes, post profanity, etc.

Finally, flight academy members will be awarded awards of up to three percent management tokens based on the quality and depth of their participation, and a number of controversial roles will be awarded based on the outstanding achievements of the flight academy members. Some of these words include culture guardians - this award mostly goes to community members who have best embodied the various values of the patrons that I laid out before the meme master awards come out, which will be given to those who have won meme contests during certain weeks. Finally, there will be different awards depending on how well you do the basic curriculum in grades and in different tasks - these awards include training for a loan officer or loan officer.

Important to submit proof of your work as this will ensure that you get access to token rewards more information about how to make these submissions can be found on notion.
