In the beginning we have defined the following aims:

  2. To create the brand visual identity and content
  3. To increase the engagement rate in Social Media
  4. To advertise the properties in Social Media
  5. To communicate with potential clients through online means of communication

During Social Media management we have identified two problems:

  1. Segmentation in the market of properties is possible, however, the client preferred to utilize the previous beliefs, which has lowered the effectiveness of the targeted advertising.
  2. The client has limited the opportunities of Instagram manager, therefore, the growth was slow but steady.

The first engagement begun on Facebook, because the major percentage of local audience utilized that platform. Also, there were around 14 direct messages in Instagram, 2 of which were successful.
