Writing literature analysis "ZATHURA"

Zathura is an illustrated children's book by American author Chris Van Allsburg. In this story, two boys are drawn into an intergalactic adventure when their house is magically thrown into space. The book is a continuation of Jumanji, another Van Allsburg illustrated book, and visual and textual references are made to Jumanji in this story. The book was turned into a film called Zatura: A Space Adventure in 2005.

Danny and Walter Buiding don't get along. When their parents go out in the evening, they see a board game ZATHURA .Danny begins to play himself, read the first card of the game: Meteor showers, take an evasive action. Real meteors immediately begin to fall through the boys roof! Realizing that their home is in space, Danny is trying to convince his unbelieving older brother of the power of the game. Finally Walter agrees to play. While they play, the game comes to life.with each move, playing is more and more dangerous and to return home they will have to go through the game until the end.
