Aerobic- The athletic styles of yoga teacher training will make you sweat and according to the research, Yoga is found to be equally effective as aerobics.
Strength- It will require a lot of strength to hold the weight of your body and that is why it is not a five-finger exercise to become a yoga instructor. A regular and consistent practice will only strengthen your arms, back, and core.
