Biggest AI Challenges for B2B - 2

Lack of clarity when using AI software

Despite its popular demand, AI can still be a complex technology for the majority. And technical staff who have not yet been trained in AI may be unaware of its capabilities. Businesses need to be more careful with AI and make sure that some applications don't look too human or accurate.

A popular example to use is when Target used their data to find out when one of their young customers was pregnant before telling their family. This only indicates when the recommended engine is an effective marketing tool, but their use can sometimes be unwelcome if the software seems to know a person well.

Insufficient budget for implementation

Another challenge facing businesses in business execution is the problem of inadequate budgeting. It costs a lot of money to deploy and maintain AI technology, mainly because it requires complex software and high-performance hardware. Despite the effective ROI offered by AI Solutions, the business case is still necessary to invest in new solutions. This is difficult for small businesses, as they are already working on a tight budget. By selecting affordable AI vendors in the market, small business vendors can curb this problem. AI has not only become much faster than before but it can also be implemented at a much cheaper price.
