The chart demonstrates the number of telephone calls minutes in the UK, which divided into three different categories (Local, National and international and Mobiles) from 1995-2002.

Overall, in 1995 and 2002 the local telephone calls are similar. Albeit, every year the minutes for international calls have been increased. In 2000 the number of minutes of national and international almost twice as much than in 1999.

The number of people who used local fixed line are almost ten times more than mobile calls. Moreover, in 1999 the number of minutes have increased. However, people in 2002 are used this category least of all.

The national and international category had been increasing until 2002. In 1995 people used about 40 billion minutes but in 2002 about 70 billion minutes for national and international calls.

The mobiles calls were less in demand than other categories. In 1998 the number of minutes almost twice as much than in 1995.
