The firm has an active pipeline of M&A and capital markets transactions across a range of sectors and geographies, including the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing live deals and supporting the development of new business opportunities, working closely with senior team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

•As part of a larger transaction team, the candidate will play a supporting role in producing marketing materials, building financial models and other M&A workstreams, under the supervision and guidance of more senior bankers;
•Ensure high quality standards and reliability of all deliverables;
•Support project coordination, including client communication and coordination of other external advisors’ work;
•Conducting industry, market, and company-specific research;
• Preparing transaction marketing materials, including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations;
•Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; Master’s degree or professional qualifications (i.e. CFA) would be an advantage;
•Understanding of corporate finance, financial services and the M&A product in particular;
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple workstreams;
•Ability to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as member of the team;
•Commitment to delivery of high quality product with strong attention to detail;
•The following skills are essential for the role:
-Excellent oral and written English language proficiency;
-Strong research, problem solving, and analytical skills;
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
•Any experience with financial statements, DCF & public markets valuation, LBO analysis and other financial products and services would be an advantage.
