We are currently looking for a business analyst who can conduct in-depth analysis of niche areas within fintech, such as API integrations for HFT traders, trading strategies for futures traders on the US market, or the alternative data market for traders. We are looking for someone who will identify key competitive advantages, spot new growth opportunities, and propose game-changing solutions. You will create clear and visually appealing reports that will help the team make strategic decisions and test hypotheses in practice.
- Deep dive into the company's key areas and conduct market analysis: research key competitors, their products, strengths and weaknesses, target audiences, and business strategies.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations with clear conclusions and recommendations, such as identifying new promising customer segments or offering improvements to our products.
- Participate in project meetings to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s products and formulate initial hypotheses.
- Form data-driven hypotheses and conclusions based on analysis.
- Identify trends, assess prospects for entering new markets, and suggest improvements for the company’s existing products.
- Conduct regular presentations of analysis results and proposals to the team and management.
- Collect, analyze, and structure data on companies, products, and markets.
- Deep dive into niche fintech areas, studying details that affect competitive advantages.
- Identify insights from analysis and prepare presentations for the team.
- Participate in discussions with the team, generate and test hypotheses based on data.
We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, business intuition, and an interest in technology who is capable of diving into the details and proposing solutions.
- Analytical mindset and structured thinking: you can analyze data deeply, identify insights, and turn them into business solutions.
- 2–3 years of experience as an analyst in strategic consulting, investment funds, large analytical companies, or research centers.
- Experience in Big 3/4, venture funds, or similar companies focusing on competitive and market analysis is preferred.
- Ability to prepare visually clear presentations (PowerPoint or similar).
- Interest in technology and finance: willingness to dive into trading, products, and fintech specifics.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- A technical, analytical, economic, or financial education.
- Proficiency with tools: Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, ChatGPT.
- Experience in analyzing technical products, markets, or working with products for traders is desirable.
