VP Merchant banking, TMT

We are looking for a VP to join our TMT&Infrastructure desk in Merchant banking team. The desk participates in the equity and mezzanine deals with the largest companies in the TMT, Financial sector and infrastructure project.

Обязанности

Development and analysis of potential equity and mezzanine opportunities
Conducting meetings and participating in origination of investment deals
Client coverage across investment products together with senior bankers
Support for deals analysis and execution
Participation in structuring of investment deals
Participation in the preparation of deals documentation
Preparation of materials for Credit and Investment committeeCross-functional interaction with the bank's services (legal, risk, etc.) and external consultants

Требования

Bachelor and/or master degree from a top-tier university
5+ years of work experience in PE funds / Investment banks / M&A and Valuation departments at BIG4/Corporate finance teams in TMT companies
Fluent oral and written English is a must (including financial and business English)
Confident knowledge and skills in financial mathematics, corporate finance and financial analysis
Passed CFA levels is a plus
Multitasking and self-starting
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
Ability to work as a part of high professional investment team
Willingness to learn and develop across wide range of products and tasks
Strong financial modelling, valuation, solid quantitative and reasoning skills
Ability to maintain high standard of work while working on multiple projects and long hours
