Registration on RoboForex is completed, you just need to pass the account verification. This is a standard procedure for any financial regulator, which confirms the identity and law-abiding client. Verification increases the level of protection of your personal account and funds, as well as provides additional bonuses, loyalty programs, and useful services.
To start the verification process, please click "Verify" on the main page.
This is the verification page. First of all, we need to confirm your email address. To do this, click the «Send Code» button.
After that, a code will be sent to your email address. Enter it in the appropriate field to confirm your email address.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the first stage of verification.
Now you need to pass verification using your passport data and address. To do this, click on the «Pass the verification» button.
You will see a window where you need to upload documents for verification. The list of documents and their analogues can be found below.
Verification of personal data.
You can submit one of the following documents (optional):
- Foreign passport (full page with photo)
- National passport (photo spread)
- Identification card
- Driver's license
- Residence permit
Requirements
1. The Client must provide their personal data and attach a digital copy of the document to the completed form in their personal account.
2. The image should clearly distinguish the client's full name, photo, date of birth, series and number of the document, the name of the issuing authority, the date of issue and validity period, as well as the code MRZ.
3. The file size should provide a good image quality, where all four corners of the document should be visible.
4. The document must be valid for at least 3 months at the time it is sent to your Merchant Profile.
5. Screen shots and document images edited using image editors are not allowed.
6. You can upload up to four document files to perform verification.
7. The following file formats are supported: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf, png; the maximum file size is 4.096 Kb.
8. Only color images of documents are accepted.
Address verification
You can submit one of the following documents:
- Real estate: document of ownership, purchase and sale agreement, mortgage documents, lease agreement.
- UTILITIES: bills for electricity, water, home phone, gas, security, letters/notifications from the management company and housing authorities, mobile phone or Internet bills.You can submit utility bills addressed to the client's spouse, but in this case, you must also upload a marriage certificate.
- Government-issued documents.
- Banking services: statement from a valid bank account, credit or debit card.
- A certificate of tax deductions.
Requirements
1. The documents must be of a state standard or an official company standard. They should clearly distinguish the client's full name, date of birth, current residential address and date of issue of the document. The photo of the document must be of high quality, and the information on it must be readable.
2. The document must be received by the owner no earlier than six months by the time it is uploaded to your merchant profile.
3. The document image must be of good quality and all four corners of the document must be visible.

5. To perform verification, you can upload up to two files with images of documents.

It takes up to 24 hours to process your documents. Verification usually takes 1-3 hours on weekdays.
After we have successfully passed verification, we can see that the main stages are completed.
Now you need to confirm your mobile number. This is an important part of the process, as your phone will be used to activate two-factor authentication. This will help protect your account from hacking and prevent unauthorized withdrawals from your account.
