Leader

Firstly let’s know what does mean "leader" and "leader's qualities". Leader qualities are a combination of psychological qualities, abilities and abilities to interact with a group that are capable of ensuring the successful fulfillment of leadership tasks and functions.

From these qualities it can be said that a leader is the best quality of a person. And someone can say that the more leaders there are in society, the better. Yes, this is true, but in my opinion it will be better if there is only one and the main leader. Because leaders consider what they are best and will not listen to the opinions of others.

For example the people have a proverb: “А flock of rams headed by a lion is better than a flock of lions headed by a ram”.A flock of rams headed by a lion are people who have one leader and they will listen to only one, and accordingly productivity will be more than a flock of lions with a ram head, that is, a society where there are only leaders and there is no person who controls everyone. Because when they have all the leaders and everyone wants to be their own opinion above all.

In conclusion I want to say that only one leader is more greater than people where only leaders.
