Spoiler: the denouement of the third season of Barry

It turns out that Barry didn't kill Janice Moss. They showed only his shots from the side angle, i.e. the shooting direction is in question, as well as the victim's shot jacket. But it wasn't Moss.

So who did Barry kill? He was followed all the time by the brother of the Chechen killer Lucky who was killed by Barry (the one who sawed the teeth of Fuks), so Barry killed him. Chechen will turn out to be in such a jacket.

The situation in the Cousineau`s garden for Janice will look like Barry saves her from a Chechen sneaking up behind her. Therefore, she will have reasons to negotiate with Barry and hide in the interests of the investigation.

it is not clear whether there was a body in the trunk at all, which Fuks showed to Mr. Cousineau. If there was only blood and a Chechen badge, then this only confuses everyone because of the obvious assumptions, because no one except Barry saw a Chechen.
