Your responsibilities will include:

Participate in consulting projects of the Leadership Consulting Service;
Leading ‘hard’ consulting projects in HR: salary and KPI benchmarking, audit and KPI motivation;
Review, develop and implement Compensation and Benefits Program;
Conduct research on Compensation & Benefits components to build market intelligence;
Full-cycle project management;
Project team coordination;
Research methodology set-up;
Interpreting results and providing business recommendations to clients’ top management and key project stakeholders;
Participation in development of the new products in the area of Organizational Development Consulting, including product research, product design, product pricing, product positioning and marketing, and product support.
