Consultant, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Consulting Service / Ward Howell

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in consulting projects of the Leadership Consulting Service;
  • Leading ‘hard’ consulting projects in HR: salary and KPI benchmarking, audit and KPI motivation;
  • Review, develop and implement Compensation and Benefits Program;
  • Conduct research on Compensation & Benefits components to build market intelligence;
  • Full-cycle project management;
  • Project team coordination;
  • Research methodology set-up;
  • Interpreting results and providing business recommendations to clients’ top management and key project stakeholders;
  • Participation in development of the new products in the area of Organizational Development Consulting, including product research, product design, product pricing, product positioning and marketing, and product support.
