Consultant, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Consulting Service / Ward Howell
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in consulting projects of the Leadership Consulting Service;
- Leading ‘hard’ consulting projects in HR: salary and KPI benchmarking, audit and KPI motivation;
- Review, develop and implement Compensation and Benefits Program;
- Conduct research on Compensation & Benefits components to build market intelligence;
- Full-cycle project management;
- Project team coordination;
- Research methodology set-up;
- Interpreting results and providing business recommendations to clients’ top management and key project stakeholders;
- Participation in development of the new products in the area of Organizational Development Consulting, including product research, product design, product pricing, product positioning and marketing, and product support.
