Key Account Manager / Nike


As Key Account Manager you will:

  • Participate in creation of 3 years development strategy for Priority account and implement it in the future
  • Participate in 3 years Net revenue planning for respective group of accounts
  • Participate in making annual sales forecast based on seasonal level for respective group of accounts
  • Achieve, track and manage Future, At Once sales and net revenue targets in respective group of accounts/ Priority account
  • Be an expert in product and categories and share this knowledge and inspiration with partners
  • Maximize sell out of Priority account thru retail sales results analysis, deep understanding of industry, product and marketplace knowledge
  • Support product availability for important marketing activities(banners, launches, events etc.)
  • Execute commercial trade terms that were agreed with management (files preparation for contracts generation, retro payments decks preparation)
  • Control smooth Nike-partner processes by cross functional alignment, assure that processes are lean and elevated to management in case of issues
  • Participate in order deliveries process based on an account and seasonal level
  • Build strong business relationship with accounts based on honesty and trust
  • Coordinate quarterly business review with Priority accounts s and set up new goals for upcoming seasons based on their development strategy
  • Prepare and assure availability of assortment line by categories based on Account Development plan, sell-in analytics, category priorities etc.
  • Lead Go To Market process for respective accounts(including showrooms preparation / leading category presentations)
  • Monitor retail competition and offer ways to maximize G2N opportunities (AT-once orders, minimize cancellations) for respective group of accounts.


  • ​​​​​​Bachelor degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English
  • 2 years of wholesale experience
  • Experience in sports industry, retail or sports apparel is a plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint


  • Sales skills
  • Ability to achieve key sales KPI's
  • Account execution
  • Understanding key retail metrics (retail KPI's, efficiency factors) and knowing how to influence
