The European Parliament voted for the famous Crypto Asset Markets Act (MiCA)  

Crypto wallet providers and exchanges will need to obtain a license to operate in the EU, and stablecoin issuers will need to have sufficient reserves. The provisions will start to apply from next year, probably from June.

✅ CZ supported MiCA and said that Binance is ready to make adjustments to its business over the next 12-18 months to fully comply with the law.
