Terms of Service

1. Honesty. Our goal is fruitful and long-term cooperation. That’s why we practice the most beneficial terms based on honesty and mutual understanding, which we also expect from our partners.
2. Transparency. All details regarding the work performed, conditions, etc., are not hidden and are available in real time.
3. Regular Updates. Cooperation terms are subject to regular updates. The current information is freely accessible in the Bot.
4. Legality. In all our activities, we comply with legal standards and expect the same from our partners. Any non-compliance with applicable law will result in the termination of the partnership.
5. Legal Basis. In legal terms, a simple sales contract is concluded between the administration and the partner. Under this contract, one party (the seller) agrees to transfer property (item, goods) to the ownership, economic management, or operational control of the other party (the buyer), who, in turn, agrees to accept this property and pay a certain amount of money (price) for it. The seller (partner) is obliged to transfer goods (accounts) legally obtained without violating any laws. The responsibility for selling goods obtained unlawfully rests solely with the partner.
6. Account Quality. The Bot Administration requires all partners (users) to sell only high-quality accounts obtained without violating the law. Responsibility for selling low-quality accounts or accounts obtained unlawfully is governed by paragraphs 12 and 13 of these instructions.
7. Automatic Check. After uploading an archive to the bot, accounts are sorted and automatically checked against the current requirements. The bot sends a notification about the results.
8. Instant Balance Update. Funds for high-quality accounts are credited to the balance instantly (immediately after the results are obtained).
9. Account Reauthorization. Upon completion of a transaction, the purchased accounts will be reauthorized, thereby depriving the partner of access to them.
10. Reverification of Accounts. The bot automatically rechecks accounts marked as "No Offsets" or "Temporary Spam Block."
11. Reverification Results. If an account passes the recheck, funds for it are credited to the balance instantly. The average verification time is about 5 minutes.

Handling Defective Goods. If the partner does not disclose the defects of the goods, the administration receiving the defective goods may, at its discretion, demand the following from the partner:

1. A proportional reduction in the purchase price;
2. Free rectification of the defects within a reasonable period (the reasonable period is determined by mutual agreement).

Major Quality Issues. In cases where the quality issues are substantial (a significant portion of the goods do not meet the agreed requirements), the administration has the right to:

1. Refuse to fulfill the sales contract and request a refund for the goods;
2. Demand replacement of defective goods with goods that comply with the contract.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount: 0.49 USD.
