Why it happens:

Not enough TON / SOL / BNB for gas (you need at least ~0.57 TON)

Slippage too low (set it to 3–5%)

Network is overloaded or the token has taxes/freeze logic

Token’s smart contract is paused or buggy

What to do:

Top up your wallet → screenshot: Wallet → Deposit

Increase slippage

Wait and try again

Check token status on [TonScan] or [Solscan]

⛔ SLIPPAGE EXCEEDED

What it means:

Price changed faster than allowed → your trade didn’t go through.

Fix:

Raise slippage (5% is a good starting point)

Lower the amount of the trade

Wait for price to stabilize

🪙 NO GAS

You’ve got tokens, but no native coin to pay the network fee.

Minimum gas buffer:

TON → 0.6 TON

SOL → 0.01 SOL

BNB → 0.002 BNB

💡 Tip: Always leave a little gas in every wallet!

🧪 TOKENS DIDN’T APPEAR AFTER BUYING

Trade went through, but balance looks empty?

Wait 5–10 mins (could be a delay)

Tap 🔁 “Refresh”

🛑 FROZEN / BLACKLISTED TOKEN

Some tokens use malicious logic: freeze, taxes, or outright bans.

What to do:

Check token status on [TonScan] / [Solscan]

Report to support — we’ll flag it as suspicious

⚠️ Bot can’t recover funds from these tokens.

⏳ STUCK ORDER (Limit / TP / SL)

Order not executing?

Why:

Price hasn’t hit the target

Slippage is too low

Fix:

Wait — the order expires automatically

Or: go to Orders → Buy/Sell → ❌ CANCEL

🧩 MP NOT CREDITED

To earn MP (MemePoints):

Trade at least $10 volume

You earn MP for both buy and sell sides

Usually appears within 48h
