The Ministers of Tourism of Uzbekistan and Israel opened Tashkent Travel Mart 2022
Tashkent TravelMart 2022On May 17, 2022, the Tashkent Travel Mart 2022 B2B international tourism exhibition was held at the Hilton Tashkent City hotel in the capital, which is held under the auspices of Zero Carbon Fair.
This event is held as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev "On additional measures to diversify domestic tourism services" No. DOP-232 dated April 30, 2022
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov and Minister of Tourism of Israel Yoel Razvozov delivered welcoming speeches at the opening ceremony of the exhibition.
The event is organized by the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan, the European Union Switch Asia Project, the USAID’s Future Growth Project, the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Federal Republic of Germany, ACTED and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
The international tourism exhibition in the B2B format "Tashkent Travel Mart 2022" is a specialized tourism platform for expanding intra-industry dialogue and developing optimal solutions and ways for market development in new conditions. The B2B format, that is, "business to business", allows specialized organizations to expand their business opportunities at the exhibition, solve many problems in running their business, and sell tourism services. Tashkent Travel Mart 2022 is an opportunity to establish inter-industry relations that will help create new high-quality tourism products and raise the level of service in the industry.
This year the exhibition was attended by the most active representatives of tourist organizations of Uzbekistan and around the world. These are more than 90 companies, domestic and foreign, from more than 10 countries. Among them are representatives of the tourism industry from Germany, Austria, Spain, Israel, Czech Republic, Estonia, UAE, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
