TIPS FOR OTC TRADING
Guys, here are the main principles I follow when trading the OTC market:
📌 Trade only with the trend
The trend is always the foundation
📌Less focus on FVGs
I pay more attention to Order Blocks and deeper tests of support/resistance zones
📌 No reversal setups
Unlike the real market, I don’t trade reversal setups like SFP on OTC
📌 Entry only after a reaction
I wait for price to react to the zone — that’s my confirmation that the analysis is working
📌 Longer expiration times
OTC setups usually need more time to play out compared to the real market
📌Don’t open too many trades at once
I keep the number of simultaneous positions under control
📌 Almost no Martingale
I don’t rely on aggressive position sizing to recover losses
Hopefully, this helps you understand how I approach the OTC market and why I trade it this way
