For this plugin to work, the chat creator must enable the option in the conversation settings using the .settings command.

.mute <time> <user> – completely prevents the specified user from sending messages in the chat for the specified period.

.unmute <user> – removes the mute from the user and allows them to write in the chat again.

.ban <time (optional)> <user> – bans the user for the specified period. If no time is specified, the user will be banned permanently.

.unban <user> – unblocks the user in the conversation.
