Первое и самое главное что я хотела бы отметить, что это видео снято идеально. Это действительно тот кадр, те ракурсы, те эмоции и вайб который хочется видеть постоянно. Всё это время для меня как для монтажера пролетело невероятно быстро потому что я сидела и мне было нереально интересно, я испытывала зрительный восторг. Вы огромные молодцы, это выше всяких похвал. Ниже прикрепляю фразы для озвучки, у меня уже есть готовый видеоряд не хватает только озвучки. Я писала её "на глаз" в том плане что у каждого человека разный тембр и скорость чтения предложений. Я бы хотела попросить от себя, что бы между предложениями была маленькая пауза чтобы если вдруг мне где-то будет через чур много озвучки или наоборот мало, чтобы я могла с ней "играть" и без вообще всяких сложностей обрезать и вставить нужное мне предложение, так что между предложениями маленькую милесикунду. Читать с эмоциями и с таким же невероятным настроением и блестящими глазами как на съемке этого видео.

We will need the following ingredients to make this incredible breakfast:
Ciabatta: A soft and airy Italian bread with a crispy crust.
Sliced salmon: Lightly salted or smoked salmon will give our toast an exquisite flavor.
Lemon: Fresh lemon for subtle flavor and slight sourness.
Avocado: Ripe and soft avocado for a creamy texture and healthy fats.
Egg: For making the perfect poached or glazed egg to garnish our toast.

The first thing I do is to take the ciabatta and cut it into two halves to toast them. To do this, I use a sharp knife, carefully cutting the bread so that each half is even.

Then I move on to making the poached egg. To do this, I need to boil the egg for exactly two minutes.

As soon as the water boils I immediately put the egg in there. While the egg is boiling, I prepare the pan for frying the ciabatta. I heat the pan over medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil, I place two ciabatta halves on the pan, cut side down, and fry them until they are golden, crispy and flavorful.

Now our ciabatta and poached egg are ready for further preparation of a delicious avocado and salmon toast.

My next step: I take the butter and spread it generously over the toasted toast. First, I spread the butter on the first toast, spreading it thoroughly over the entire surface so that each slice is covered in a thin layer. Then I repeat the same with the second toast, making sure the butter is evenly coated. This will give our toast an extra softness and rich flavor.

Then I take a ripe avocado and carefully cut it in two lengthwise, starting at the top and running my knife around the pit to the base. I try to do this slowly and precisely so as not to damage the tender flesh inside. Now it is necessary to remove the pit. To do this, I carefully pick it up with a knife or a spoon and take it out, trying not to break the integrity of the pulp. Then I begin to remove the peel. When the avocado is completely peeled and pitted, I carefully cut it into thin slices.

Once the avocado is sliced, I carefully lay it out on our toast. I spread the avocado slices evenly over the surface of each piece of toast so that each slice is covered.

I salt the avocado a little for flavor, spreading the salt evenly over the entire surface. Then take a lemon, cut it into two halves and gently squeeze the juice onto the avocado. The lemon juice will not only give our toast a fresh and bright taste, but will also help preserve the beautiful green color of the avocado, preventing it from darkening. I try to spread the juice evenly over the entire surface so that each part of the toast absorbs some of the citrus flavor.

Now I take the slices of lightly salted salmon and carefully place them on top of the avocado toast. I arrange the fish slices so that each slice of bread is covered with an even layer of salmon. The lightly salted salmon will give our toast a subtle flavor and a nice texture.

This is the perfect start to the day - delicious, hearty and healthy. I really enjoy every bite of this toast and feel myself filling up with energy and good mood.
