Please send in our Telegramm Chat one message your Cheelee account ID and a screenshot of your support request clearly showing that 3 DAYS OR MORE HAVE PASSED since the request was made in our Telegramm Chat and briefly describe your problem. Admin of our chat will try to speed up the response.

WHERE TO FIND YOUR CHEELEE ID
1. Open your profile and click the arrow in the upper right corner;
2. Copy and send the link you get.
3. Your ID is the combination of numbers and letters that follows the main link, for example: https://app.cheelee.io/users/000000aed00000de0d0000a00. Everything that comes after ""users/"" is your ID 😉
