How to contact support?

There are two ways to contact support:

1. Open a support chat within the app, for example, by using the 'Help' button in the Earn/Play tab;
2. Visit our website https://cheelee.us and click on the contact button at the bottom right.

Unfortunately, the response time from support has increased to 3 days due to a heavy load, we apologize for the inconvenience 😢 Please do not create multiple chats with the same question, as this will only create a longer queue and increase response time.

If you don't get a reply **within 3 days**, come to our chat – we will try to speed up the response.
