How to Submit a Ticket Correctly: Classify Vision

Support is provided through the Discord server (you need to open a ticket).

To ensure a quick and effective resolution of your issue, please avoid vague messages that lack necessary details. Examples of such messages include:

  • "The product doesn't work."
  • "The product won't inject."
  • "I have a blue screen."
  • "I encountered an error."

To help us assist you promptly, please provide the following information:

  • Your product key.
  • A screenshot of your purchase (from Digiseller or bank transfer).
  • Your Windows version (a full screenshot of win + r = winver).
  • System information (a full screenshot of win + r = msinfo32).
  • A complete list of installed programs (a screenshot of "Control Panel\Programs and Features").
  • A detailed description of your issue / A video demonstrating the problem along with a detailed description.

Example of a problem description: I opened the loader, entered the key, and received an "injector error" message. I restarted my computer, but the error persists. I attempted the injection with Steam and Virtual Pet running. Please help.
