You paid but your payment doesn't show on Cloaking.House? Here's how to fix it!
In this post we will talk about a common issue we see our clients face. When paying for the subscription plan, a lot of users underpay or pay not a full price and the system doesn't count their payment as valid. If that happened to you, there is not much that can be done, so read this step-by-step guide to avoid any mistakes when making your payment.
To make a payment, you need to go to the "Plans" page and select a subscription plan you want to subscribe to.
As you can see, now there is no data to be displayed under "My payments" section. That's because we have never bought a subscription plan before. Notice how that will change later in this post.
So, after deciding what plan you want to subscribe to, go ahead and click "Select".
You will be redirected to the payment page, where you can select the payment method that works for you.

After choosing the payment method you can enter your promocode (if you have one).
To continue click on "Proceed to payment".
On the next page you will be asked to decide which currency you want to pay with. In this example we selected USDT TRC20, so we will continue with that. Note that, even though, it is 30 USD in the invoice, the number might vary slightly from one currency to another, so pay attention to what you see written below your chosen currency.
As we choose USDT TRC20, we can see that it's 30.3 USDT and not a round 30. This is due to the exchange rate and this may vary from one time to another. Thus, be extra careful to know exactly how much you have to pay.
After you select the currency you want to pay with, you will be redirected to the payment page. You can see here the amount you have to pay as well. Make sure that everything looks right and press "Continue".
Now you are in the last stage of the payment process. All you need to do is to copy the USDT wallet and send the money to it.
Now the most important part is to understand that, when you make a payment from your side, the platform you are using (Binance for example) might take some commission. That's why you need to calculate and cover the commission from your side.
That's the most critical step, where many of our users make the mistake. If our system doesn't receive the exact amount of money, the system will not start the subscription for you.
