To support the company's growth ambition IENA Consulting is recruiting a Junior Consultant.
With close collaboration with the customers and internal cross functional team you will participate in the projects, that aim to customise and implement performance management applications for the customers.
• Active participation in different phases of performance management application implementation and administration projects
• Collection of requirement / framing workshops with customers, users
• Drafting of functional and technical specifications
• Application build and settings
• Advice and business assistance for the production of accounts, reporting, budget preparation
• Maintenance of applications and support for post-production business departments
• Writing of user guides and animation of training workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics
• Fluent English and Intermediate French
• Project management and IT experience
• Learning agility and ambition
This position implies working remotely with the need to travel to France 4-6 times/year.
