Senior Project Manager in PMO (Strategy), Lamoda

The Strategic Project Office of Lamoda is looking for a Senior Project manager. A strong leader is needed to take responsibility of key company projects. The company is looking for candidates who are able to deal with various projects - business development, organizational changes, and transformation.

What to do:

- Build processes and manage changes as part of a large-scale transformation program;

- Analyze the current processes of the company and propose solutions;

- Coordinate, facilitate and advise strong experts and company leaders;

- Prepare and initiate cross-functional projects;

- Full cycle of project management, including planning, budgeting, setting and evaluating targets;

- Manage a cross-functional project team - planning and managing communications, setting tasks for team members;

- Monitoring of the project execution;

- Create project documentation: project plan, description of business processes, project presentations, Gantt charts, roadmap, WBS;

- Risk management;

- Present results to Management Board.

This vacancy is for you if you have:

- Professional experience in e-comm/retail consulting;

- Knowledge of one of the project methodologies (for ex. PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum, KANBAN. Availability of certification - plus);

- Leadership, result orientation, excellent communication skills (there will be interaction with a large number of different departments);

- Developed analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of information, incl. financial data;

- Ability to understand business problems and propose a solution concept based on the modernization of processes and systems;

- Ability to think in a structured and logical way;

- Willingness to take end-2-end responsibility for the end result;

- High personal motivation;

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams;

- Skills of presentation and persuasion;

- Ability to work in multitasking mode and manage several projects at the same time;

- Experience with consolidated reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats.
