Strategic and Operational Business Partner, Sanofi

This role is a part of Business Excellence function's Strategic BP team consisting of ambitious and talented people with consulting and pharma background.

Job responsibilities:

∙ Strategic support and development of performance management process

∙ Management of process improvement initiatives/projects

∙ Development of reports and visual materials for General Manager and Franchise heads

∙ Support of marketing strategy development, sales and market forecasting

Requirements:

∙ 2+ years of experience in consulting or internal advanced analytics/project management office (Senior BA/Junior Consultant level)

∙ Excellent analytical and data structuring skills

∙ Strong communication and projects management skills
