Customer Experience Intern (Fintech)
Location: Remote (Optional office presence in Des Moines, IA)

What you will do
- Monitor and triage customer support tickets using internal tools.
- Investigate pending or failed transactions to identify root causes and escalate issues.
- Guide customers toward appropriate resources and documentation.
- Create and maintain internal runbooks to improve team efficiency.
- Identify recurring patterns to help improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior customer-facing experience in any capacity (retail, service, IT helpdesk, etc.).
- Strong sense of empathy and ownership when resolving customer issues.
- Willingness to learn new tools and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for a 3-month paid internship.
