Senior Amazon Connect Developer (AWS)

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and enterprise integrations.
- Optimize DynamoDB schemas, indexes, and data access patterns for scalable applications.
- Develop and maintain Python-based AWS Lambda functions for business logic and automation.
- Modify and enhance Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic.
- Design event-driven architectures using Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway.
- Collaborate with Amazon Professional Services on implementation and enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.
- 4+ years of experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, queues, and integrations).
- Strong proficiency in Python and development of AWS Lambda functions.
- Extensive experience designing RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
- Strong knowledge of DynamoDB schema design and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience converting AWS CDK or CloudFormation templates into Terraform.
- Experience with IBM ODM.
