What you will do
- Own large features and full products from ideation to release within a cross-functional product squad.
- Write production-ready code using Ruby on Rails and Go in a dual-language architecture.
- Design and optimize scalable database strategies and indexing in PostgreSQL.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat APIs.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and general engineering standards.
- Triage and resolve production issues, taking full ownership of system reliability and quality.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in Go for developing microservices.
- Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL scaling, partitioning, and query optimization.
- DevOps mindset with experience in Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, global environment.
- English proficiency for daily communication with a distributed team.
