Machine Learning Engineer (AI)
Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (Relocation support provided)

What you will do
- Develop and deploy classical ML models for risk, fraud, churn prediction, and pricing.
- Build LLM-powered features and internal automation using RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Define the AI strategy, including tooling standardization and model evaluation frameworks.
- Own the full ML lifecycle from stakeholder scoping to deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with the Head of Data to shape the ML/AI capability from the ground up.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional ML engineering experience using Python in production.
- Strong proficiency in classical ML, including feature engineering and model validation.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Proven track record of building RAG systems or LLM-backed products for real users.
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containers.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubernetes.
- Background in fintech, payments, or telecom domains.
