Senior Quest Designer (Gamedev)
Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland
Salary: 21,300 – 33,715 PLN gross monthly

What you will do
- Co-create the vision and detailed storylines for a brand new IP (Project Hadar).
- Design and implement quests using Unreal Engine 5.
- Plan required assets and collaborate across departments for seamless integration of gameplay elements, locations, and characters.
- Maintain the highest possible quality of quests, fix reported bugs, and manage design documentation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a Quest or Mission Design position.
- High proficiency in writing scenarios, screenplays, or short stories.
- Strong experience with visual scripting tools and game editors.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required.
- Must provide a portfolio/examples of previous projects.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints.
- Credited work in the narrative field for movies, plays, or books.
- Experience in an academic field.
