Senior Software Engineer

Location: Currently fully remote, with a future transition to a hybrid setup in Guadalajara, Mexico

Architect and implement scalable backend microservices within the Credit Team.
Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with high security and performance.
Utilize Google Cloud services to build and maintain distributed systems.
Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance units to deliver financial solutions.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Refine platform capabilities using user feedback and system analytics.

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced environments.
English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for professional communication.
Proven track record of shipping software, particularly in the Fintech domain.
Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and REST API design.
Experience with Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and gradual rollout practices.
Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML processes.
