What you will do
- Develop and maintain backend services for an internal AI agent platform.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and technology selection.
- Experiment with and implement cutting-edge AI agent frameworks and LLM-based features.
- Optimize platform performance, agent quality evaluation, and scalability under high load.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build user-friendly, automated tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including 2+ years with Golang and 2+ years with Python.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
- English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agent frameworks like Langchain, Langgraph, or ADK.
- ML experience, including model evaluation and production implementation.
- Background in developing internal CRM or automation tools.
