Senior .NET Developer (Medical)
Location: Remote in selected countries (Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Georgia, Poland) or Hybrid in specified cities (Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Krakow, etc.). Must maintain at least a 3-hour overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs.
- Reverse-engineer existing Scala services and business logic to translate them into scalable .NET solutions.
- Collaborate with distributed teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align on technical requirements.
- Design and implement reliable backend architectures and automated end-to-end tests.
- Monitor application performance and operational health using observability tools.
- Translate complex business requirements into executable technical specifications.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation).
- Ability to read and analyze Scala codebases using AI tools (Claude) to accelerate workflow.
- Fluent English proficiency for daily communication in a distributed environment.
- Availability for at least a 3-hour overlap with EST time zone.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
Nice to have
- Production experience with Scala.
- Experience with React and JavaScript in modern web applications.
- Background in the healthcare domain or migrating legacy systems.
- Experience building highly scalable microservices and distributed architectures.
