We are looking for a Senior/Lead Elixir Backend Engineer to architect and scale the core banking engine and payment infrastructure for an embedded finance startup serving the UK and EU markets.
- Design high-performance APIs.
- Build high-throughput transaction processing systems.
- Integrate with major payment providers.
- Establish technical standards for a growing engineering team.
- 5+ years of backend experience in fintech or banking.
- Deep expertise in Elixir and PostgreSQL.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable card fintech products in card fintech startup environments.
