Associate Product Manager (AI)

RELOCATION TO GERMANY | DELIVERY HERO

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (office attendance 2 days a week). Relocation support is available.

A pioneering global local delivery platform operating in around 70 countries, specializing in quick commerce and last-mile delivery logistics.

Manage the end-to-end development of AI Agent "skills," including pre-release QA and conversational quality optimization.
Conduct research and data analysis to identify journey friction and translate findings into actionable user stories.
Design and execute A/B tests on conversational flows to improve automation and user retention KPIs.
Align global product goals with local brand needs to ensure AI behaviors are culturally relevant across different regions.
Partner with engineering and data science to define and monitor AI guardrails for technical safety and empathy in edge cases.

2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or e-commerce.
Technical understanding of how LLMs and Machine Learning models function.
Analytical fluency with the ability to translate SQL queries into product insights.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with multiple stakeholders.
Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
